How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order any time before the order is sent to the packing and shipping queue. When your order is completed and fully paid for, it is placed in the packing and shipping queue with the status “Being Prepared.”
To cancel an order while it has the “Being Prepared” status, please send an email to our customer service team at hello@pharmazu.com or contact our customer service team directly by phone at (866) 705-7387 (PETS). Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
