Order Processing

All items on the Website are sold and shipped by Pharmazu USA Inc.

Orders are prepared 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, and shipped 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.

All orders completed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be packed and shipped the same day, whenever the items and quantities ordered are available. In certain occurrences, an extra day for order handling might be necessary.

Orders are currently delivered by our logistics partner USPS, which undertakes deliveries 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday (where available).

Destinations

We currently ship to all states in the continental U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Shipping Rates & Methods

Delivery methods are identical everywhere, regardless of destination.

We offer 2 delivery methods:

• Regular Shipping (USPS & others) - $3.90 Flat rate (3 to 5 business days)

  • Residential delivery included
  • Saturday deliveries where available

• 2 Day Shipping (UPS & others) - $9.90 Flat rate (2 business days)

  • Residential delivery included
  • Saturday deliveries where available

Rates include order preparation costs and packing costs, regardless of the contents of the order.

Free Shipping

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders as part of an ongoing promotion.

Each order requires special handling and expedited preparation and shipping. We offer free shipping on orders of $59.00 or more (prior to taxes and other related expenses).
